Who do you ship with?
We use NZ post courier nationwide and also for international shipping.
Do you ship Internationally?
We do, but the pricing at the moment is pretty intense - sorry about that!
Unfortunately we cant ship Framed prints internationally.
All international orders have basic tracking.
Do you use sustainable packaging?
YES! We use cardboard packaging, recyclable packaging tape and even our courier stickers are printed on recyclable paper. Ideally we hope you re-use the cardboard but if not - recycle away!
The ONLY thing that cant be recycled is the plastic sleeve that Art Prints are in - we are working on sourcing an eco version of these.
How long for you to ship/package?
Our prints are made to order and our framers need a minute to get your print looking amazing.
Our unframed prints usually ship in approximately 1-5 days and framed prints 8 -10 working days
Can I ship to a PO Box?
Unfortunately our courier partners cant deliver to PO Boxes. Please use a physical address.
What about returns?
If you change your mind about an unframed Art Print, you can return it provided it is still in the original packaging and hasnt been removed.
However with framed Art Prints - we cannot accept returns as they are framed to order.
Can I frame my own prints?
Of course you can, you can also order our prints and then take to a framer of your choice.
If you wish to frame your prints yourself, we recommend Spotlight frames, they are glass and well priced and they use a NZ based supplier.
We find Kmart, Ikea and warehouse ones are often using a plastic instead of glass.
Are your prints High Quality
YES! we use a big ol fancy archival printer with archival inks and paper.
Can I order framed prints
We are really excited to work with a framing partner. All framed prints will ship directly from them to you.
We offer black and white quality frames - without a matt border.
If you wish to frame your prints yourself, we recommend Spotlight frames, they are glass and well priced.
The frames are A4 - A2 Any larger is possible, just get in touch to discuss options.
